PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHETHER YOUR ORDER OR THE ITEMS ORDERED CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. IF AN ITEM DOES NOT ENTIRELY MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS AND THAT IT MEETS ALL OF THE CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW.

For any return you have 30 days for returned items, if they are eligible for our return policy. Please be aware that there will be fees applicable, shipping and handling fees transactional. We shall not be responsible for any error on the part of the customer and these will have to bear the costs in connection with their error.

1 – Items and services are non-refundable – Here are the services and items for which there will be no refund : the cost of mounting, the costs of studs, all costs, transactional, and/or administrative law, any handling fee, any transfer fees, additional and/or shipping and any product that is declared as final sale or clearance. Products must be returned in new condition and have never been installed and/or used. If the returned product is damaged or has been used, the goods may be returned to you and therefore, you will be charged.

2 – Steel wheels, alloy and accessories – For every purchase of wheels and steel wheels, no return will be accepted, it is your responsibility to ensure that the wheels ordered will fit perfectly in your vehicle, in the event that we would accept the return of your rims or wheels of steel, they must never have been used, installed and / or may have damage from handling and applicable charges you will be charged, see section 1. Accessories such as bolt, ring centering, valve and sensor are not refundable unless a manufacturing defect.

3 – Transport costs – The transport costs are not refundable unless there has been an error on our part or the products received by the customer, at this time, the customer must notify us within a period of less than 30 days. For any other event, transportation charges and return are the responsibility of the customer. Dubeau Auto takes care of sending the carrier of his choice to retrieve the articles.

4 – Defect – SI jamais vous recevez un article défectueux, la procédure applicable du retour sera celle du fabricant de l’article. La garantie offerte sur les produits vendus par Dubeau Auto est celle des fabricants et est assujettie aux termes et conditions de la garantie visée. 5 – Annulation – Si vous voulez annuler votre commande, cela est possible, cependant il faudra nous avertir de votre annulation rapidement avant que les pneus soient expédier afin de limiter les frais qui vous serons chargé. Des frais de 10% de la facture seront à la charge du client pour toute annulation de la commande pour couvrir les frais de transaction et manutention. De plus, des frais de livraison pourraient être appliqués si la commande est déjà expédiée.

6 – The method of refund – Once we received your items and that they fulfil all the criteria of return required, we will proceed to refund.
