DELIVERY<\/strong>
When the purchase transaction is concluded, the customer will receive the ordered goods within 2 to 5 business days. The delivery will be done between 8 hours and 17 hours. The customer will be contacted the day before the delivery to ensure that a person will be present at the agreed time. No change of delivery address will not be accepted as a result of this contact.<\/span><\/p>

The customer has the choice to deliver your tires or wheels at his home or at his garage.<\/span><\/p>

Delivery to a po box is not possible.<\/span><\/p>

DELIVERY IN THE GARAGE<\/strong>
The customer is responsible to notify the garage of the date and time of the delivery. They should indicate Dubeau Self the name of the person responsible for receiving the tire if it is unable to be present himself.<\/span><\/p>

It is the responsibility of the customer, or of his garage, to check at the time of delivery if the goods you received is the one that has been ordered. There is an error on the part of Dubeau Self, it will be corrected in the shortest possible time.<\/span><\/p>

DELIVERY AT HOME OR AT WORK
A person must be present to receive the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify at the time of delivery if the goods you received is the one that has been ordered.<\/span><\/p>

The customer has the option to allow the deposit of the goods without the presence of a person at the time of delivery. In this case, Dubeau Auto is not responsible or liable in the event of any loss or damage of goods delivered.<\/span><\/p>

DELIVERY TERRITORY<\/strong>
Dubeau Auto accepts free shipping with purchase of 4 tires and\/or wheels new in a radius of 100 miles from our location.<\/span><\/p>

In other regions, the transport will be provided by one of our carriers. The delivery will be subject to the regulations of the transport service.<\/span><\/p>

Dubeau Auto is not responsible for errors or loss from the delivery service.

If a product is damaged at delivery, the customer must make a claim with the delivery service. <\/span>In the event that no one is present at the time of delivery, the customer is subject to the rules of the delivery service for the recovery of its products.<\/span><\/p>
